Wright’s logo is comprised of geometric lines that create a multi-dimensional “W” and highlights the architectural qualities of the brand. The typefaces employed are Apercu and Freight as they are clean and corporate while at the same time inviting and create visual impact when combined. I chose a bright yellow that is optimistic in tone alongside a deep green that feels corporate, yet evokes environmental ideals.
Wright is a real estate company focused on sustainable living and inspired by architect Frank Lloyd Wright. The target demographic is younger families that have an interest in forward-thinking ways of living. Wright Homes is situated in Phoenix Arizona, in a new housing development dedicated to constructing homes informed by the natural world and its preservation. Through crafting an ethos-driven community like seeks to bring together like minded individuals together as neighbors.
